Don't waste time. They will suck your energy, money and time. You will come out worse and you will hate them. Don't work for these unscrupulous gentlemen. All their initiatives are fake, you will not have holidays, you will not have permits, your contracts will be changed unilaterally and you will find yourself poorer. Zero humanity. Non-existent expertise. Outdated systems, bosses without qualifications or experience. Stay away from this infernal circle, where they will put you in large rooms, where you will fall ill with all kinds of flu. Disturbing and unscrupulous, they will treat you without respect and humanity! Skilled censors on the web! Don't believe anything positive. The positive reviews are not from employees but from managers. Any other job or reality is preferable! To get an idea, write network contacts "dispute" and you will find out what these gentlemen have done and what a burden they are also for the community given that they enter into disputes every two by three.

Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars. Not a serious or fair company!! I fully agree with those who say that you need to have long arms to join this company!! So don't hesitate to talk about your negative experiences. When they call you, they make you do multiple interviews on Google Teams (among other things with a few hours' notice) so you rightly overturn everything and organize yourself anyway to demonstrate seriousness and that you care about getting the job. They deceive you into believing that they urgently need to hire, that there will be training, etc. But then you find yourself hearing that they reserve the right to let you know the negative outcome of the interview with an email within 2 months. However, those who went well receive a phone call in a few days. Do we realize? Up to 2 months for a rejection email! You are ridiculous!! And, the icing on the cake, if after weeks of silence you contact them to find out the outcome of your application or, worse, your second step of the interview, they tell you to wait and that for privacy reasons they cannot give you information. Or that they have deadlines to meet. But what's the excuse for privacy!!? If you have to provide the information to the interested party!🤣 And please. Fundamental thing: stay away from Mrs. Francesca Caradonna! Presumptuous, partial, arrogant, sarcastic and rude during interviews. If she looks at you in the face and she already doesn't like you, trust me that it will make your interview difficult and you won't pass even if you have all the requirements in the world! However, if you are a friend of, nephew of, then she will like you!

Despite the inexplicably positive reviews it is one of the worst places ever seen .. working environment full of supervisors and team leaders who pose as great computer wizards and great managers but do not even speak Italian ... they continually make people who are deceived feel humiliated with the The idea of doing customer assistance instead is the classic call center that sells and reduces people to automatons programmed to deceive others!

Eh! Yes, one star, even too much! Thinking of all those (hundreds) who after years and years of services at the "network" are these days HUMILIATED with the "transfer" letter. Luckily you know very well, managers, that few will accept, otherwise you would have found yourself in a lot of trouble to place them 😅.. I'd better stop here, there would be too much to say. Just take advantage of situations and more!

I gave one star......AND IT'S ALSO TOO MUCH......I would have liked to put another symbol............just to be able to share my dutiful review, otherwise without a star , I could not share !!! Let's get to the point: On 10 September 2021, I participated in an online interview, i.e. via video conference, for which I received the invitation email from a certain Leoncavallo Giustina, shared with Niro Barbara and Caradonna Francesca. After the cognitive interview also with the elaboration and sending of a text in Word format, as a verification test, we were told that I would and would receive, for all the participants, an outcome........alias feedback. .....as they call it, either way. Days and weeks have passed, WITHOUT receiving any feedback, in fact I called myself personally to get news about it, I asked to speak to the aforementioned person, i.e. leoncavallo giustina, I was told that he was not available at that moment.... .... coincidentally ........... I had to speak with a simple operator ...... who did NOT want to introduce herself, she did NOT tell me which office she was answering from, to which I asked news of the interview, BUT the aforesaid operator, even LITERALLY DOWN FROM THE CLOUDS........in fact, she was NOT aware of my participation in the interview via video conference !!!........ ...Take into account how NETWORK CONTACTS are placed !!!........So ZERO ANSWERS for the interview !!!.................but now comes the highlight, because after almost two years, in August 2023, therefore a few days ago, I receive a call from the NETWORK CONTACTS call center, to introduce me to the PRONTO CASA service, as a potential customer.......... .I pointed out to the call center operator, the lack of NEWS regarding the interview, I asked for clarifications about it, asking to speak to the appropriate person, BUT HE CLOSED THE PHONE IN MY FACE !!!...... ....... WATCH OUT !!!..................... THIS IS NOT SERIOUSNESS !!! THIS IS PARACULAGGINE, THIS IS PURE MONEY!!! THIS IS THE MIRROR OF CALL CENTERS, the INFAME, NEFAST, TRAGIC, ALIENING, CORROSIVE, DESTRUCTIVE, REALITY OF CALL CENTERS, including ALL of you of network contacts, a concentrate of PARACULAGGINE, CHAALTERY, EXPLOITATION, CAPORALATO !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, YOU ONLY SHAMELESSLY SUCK!!!

I've been working there for a few months in customer service. There are pros and cons, as happens everywhere and in any job, but in all honesty I challenge you to find a company in southern Italy that offers so much in terms of welfare, training and that is truly correct and punctual in payments. There are contests that provide vouchers, increases for holidays and overtime, and the hours worked are all declared and regularly paid (which here in the south, in the private sector, rarely happens!). The work is certainly demanding and the environment is competitive but it must be admitted that it is a stimulating context. To date, a very positive experience.

Don't work for these people. The jobs are underpaid, hours are not respected and overtime is free and due. Forget about permits, holidays, forget about being people. RSAs are either non-existent or completely owner-oriented! YOU DO NOT WORK FOR NETWORK CONTACTS.
